All registrations (credit card & invoice) are subject to the following Annual Conference Cancellation policy -
Cancellation Policy: All registration (credit card and invoice) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Tuesday, September 1st to receive a full refund. Refund requests received after September 1st through September 30th will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of the registration fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after September 30th. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for medical or weather related cancellation or for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration regardless of payment or invoice will be subject to the same cancellation policy.
