2026 Exhibiting Opportunities with AASPA

Showcase your product, build meaningful connections with nearly 1,000 attendees, and step into Austin with your Boots On at AASPA’s 88th Annual Conference!

We invite you to join us for AASPA’s 88th Annual Conference, October 12-15, 2026, in Austin, TX, as we put our Boots On and Lead from the Ground Up. We anticipate more than 1000 HR and personnel leaders - decision-makers from school districts across the country - who attend to gain new insights, strengthen their networks and discover innovative products and services that support their work. Please review the information carefully, as it outlines valuable opportunities to showcase your organization through booth space and sponsorships.

Exhibit Hall Information

The Exhibit Hall will be open for the following hours and includes:

  • Tuesday, October 13th: Open 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (closed 11:30 am to 1:30 pm for lunch) 

An exhibit hall reception with prize drawings from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm

  • Wednesday, October 14th: Open 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Exhibit hall closing with prize drawings from 11:30 am – 12:00 pm

 

Setup for booth space is on Monday, October 12th. Tear-down is on Wednesday, October 14th after the closing activity.

Members must be present to win and prizes will be limited to one per person per day. This is always a favorite for the attendees, please consider providing some prizes for the drawings.

  • Island booths are located in the front of the Exhibit Hall - $8000 each

  • End Cap booths are located towards the back of the Exhibit Hall - $4000 each

  • Premium booths are closest to the entrance and corners - $2000 each

  • Prime booths are near main aisles or corners - $1800 each

  • Standard booths are near the middle of the Exhibit Hall - $1500 each

  • Prime Tables are located in the Exhibit Hall Foyer closest to the event registration - $1400 each

  • Tables are located in the Pre-Function Space on Level 3  - $1200 each

Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please note that booth prices increase by $100 after June 1, 2026 and we have sold out for the past thirteen years, so make your reservations now!

I purchased a booth, now what?

After your booth purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from sandy@aaspa.org with your assigned booth number.

​

Access to the Exhibitor Resource Center will be sent on April 20. In June, you will receive an email from Alliance Exposition, which will include login details and a link for the exhibitor portal where you can order furniture, electricity and other services.

​

The booth personnel registration link will be distributed in mid-August.

​
