Instructions for selecting your booth(s)

 

Review the floor plan below to determine your preferences. Booths are sold on a "First Come" basis - you must list your 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice selections. After submitting your registration, you will receive an email from sandy@aaspa.org when your booth location is confirmed. If your booth selections are not available, you will be contacted to make another selection.

• The Exhibit Hall has a variety of booth configurations to select from. 

• NOTE - There are two exhibit hall rooms. The maximum booth heights for each room is listed on the floor plan.

• The booth types are color coded:

  • Pink is a Premium Booth with a cost of $1,800 per booth

  • Green is a Prime Booth with a cost of $1,500 per booth

  • Yellow is a Standard Booth with a cost of $1,200 per booth

  • Blue is Standard High-Top Table with a cost of $1,000 per table

• Multiple booths may be purchased. 

• Each booth includes one (1) Full Conference Registration which includes conference registration (Excluding pre-conference sessions), meals and access to all evening events and one (1) Booth Only Registration which only includes access to the exhibit hall, no meals.

• Additional registrations are available for purchase.
