Instructions for selecting your booth(s) -
ALL Booths are SOLD OUT, but we do currently have Table Tops Available!!
Review the floor plan below to determine your preferences. Booths are sold on a "First Come" basis - you must list your 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice selections. After submitting your registration, you will receive an email from sandy@aaspa.org when your booth location is confirmed. If your booth selections are not available, you will be contacted to make another selection.

The Exhibit Hall has a variety of booth configurations to select from.

The booth types are color coded:

Dark Teal is an island which includes four 8'x10' booths with a cost of $8000 per island (SOLD OUT)

Light Teal is an end cap booth which includes two 8'x10' booths with a cost of $4000 per end cap (SOLD OUT)

Orange is a Premium Booth 8'x10' with a cost of $2,100 per booth (SOLD OUT)

Yellow is a Prime Booth 8'x10' with a cost of $1,900 per booth (SOLD OUT)

Light Green is a Standard Booth 8'x10' with a cost of $1,500 per booth (SOLD OUT)

Red is a Standard 36" High-Top Table with a cost of $1,500 per table (SOLD OUT)

Pink is Standard 36" High-Top Table with a cost of $1,300 per table (8 Available)(Only available on Level 3)

Multiple booths may be purchased. Booths may only be purchased for your company. No booths may be purchased or held for other companies.

Each booth includes one (1) Full Conference Basic Registration Package which includes conference registration (Excluding pre-conference sessions), meals and access to all evening events and one (1) Booth Staff Only Registration which only includes access to the exhibit hall, no meals.

Additional registrations are available for purchase at a later date.
