Registration Information 

Can I register in person at the event?

  • Yes, registrations are accepted onsite. However, there will be an additional $50 fee for any onsite registrations. We encourage you to register early to receive valuable conference information, updates and emails. 

Is a group discount available?

  • No, there are no group discounts. The only discount available is for early bird pricing. Early bird pricing is good through August 1st. 

What forms of payment do you accept for the conference fee?

  • AASPA will accept purchase orders for members of AASPA ONLY in lieu of payment prior to August 1, 2024. However, all registrations must be paid within 30 days regardless of purchase order. After 30 days your registration will be cancelled and you will need to re-register. 

  • Please note, if you are choosing to be invoiced instead of paying with a credit card at the time of registration, AASPA will be charging a $30 convenience fee to all event invoices. This is to help cover the cost of staff time and fees involved in processing invoiced payments and/or tracking outstanding accounts receivable. If you choose to pay with a credit card at the time of registration, you will NOT be charged a convenience fee. 

  • After August 1, 2024 all registrations must be paid with a credit card at the time of registration. 

If I can't attend, can I transfer my registration?

  • Yes, registrations may be transferred to another individual in your district. However, if you registered as an AASPA member, the person you are transferring your registration to must also be an AASPA member or you will have to pay the difference.  

  • After September 1st any registration transfer will incur a $50 transfer fee. 

What if I have to cancel?

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and can be sent to Cancellations made prior to August 15, 2024 will incur a $100 cancellation fee (regardless of payment status). Refunds will be processed by November 30, 2023. 

  • Membership, Pre-Conference Sessions, special events and meal tickets are non-refundable. 

What if I can't remember what I purchased? How do I locate that information?

  • Your event registrations can be found at under your member compass. You will need to be logged in to your profile to access this information. 

Can my spouse/significant other/family attend the evening events?

  • Yes, guest passes can be purchased here for $200. This will allow access to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's receptions. Individual tickets can be purchased ahead of time for $80 a piece or $90 a piece if purchased onsite.  

What is included in my registration?

  • All Access Registration:

    • Included in this registration package is full registration to the conference (access to breakout sessions, exhibit hall & general session), meals, evening receptions, one AM pre-conference session and one PM pre-conference session. Pre-Conference sessions will take place on Tuesday, October 15th. 

  • Basic Registration: 

    • ​This registration includes full conference registration (access to breakout sessions, exhibit hall & general session), meals and evening receptions.


  • A la Carte​ Options available at 

    • Single Day

    • Retired/Honorary Registrations

    • Pre-Conference Sessions Add On

    • Additional Event Tickets​ for Guests


How can I book a reservation at the host hotel?

  • The link to book your hotel can be found here.


Can I get a discount for extended nights?

  • Our group rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after our event based on hotel availability. Please contact the hotel for more information. 

Will AASPA provide transportation to and from the conference? 

  • AASPA does not provide transportation to the conference. Ride Share options are available via their respected apps. 

General Conference Information

How do I access the Conference Mobile App?

  • Information regarding the Mobile App will be emailed to conference attendees in September.

Is there a dress code?

  • The dress is business causal during the day and evening events are casual. It is encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket for cooler meeting spaces. 

Will speaker presentations be available for the event?

  • Presentations for the Clinic & Ignite Sessions will be made available on our Mobile App. The code to access the Clinic & Ignite Presentations will be emailed to you in the Know Before You Go. Conference presentations will be shared via email prior to October 15. 

What do I do if I have a food allergy or restriction? 

  • Upon registration, please list all food allergies/restrictions. Reach out to with any questions or concerns. AASPA will make every effort to accommodate your dietary restrictions.
